Mistake #13: Improper Timing

Email marketing is all about building relationships; a good relationship is founded on consistent provision of valuable content. Therefore, it would be a grave mistake to send property listings on Monday at 2 am. For such a market, the best days to send emails to opt-in subscribers are between Thursday and Sunday ( and often in the afternoons).

These are the most serious email marketing mistakes real estate marketers and property sellers make that cost them good leads, sales and eventually money and time. Always stay focused and target specific timelines.
