Mistake #6: Email From Name or Address is “noreply”

Using generic email from names or addresses such as ‘admin’ or ‘no reply’ does not give the email the personality it needs to convince the reader that the content is legitimate and targeted at them personally. It is a good idea to use the real estate company name e.g. “janet@futureproperties.com” in the “from” field.
